OK, granted I'm a little over emotional lately, but this just brought me to tears. I will admit that I am currently about 95% vegetarian. Anytime I have thoughts of eating meat I have a picture in my mind of the horror that our livestock go through before getting to our plates. It brakes my heart. The 5% of me still eating meat? Well before I discovered CSL I was a HUGE foodie. I mean I would rarely make the same recipe twice because I love being in the kitchen and cooking and trying new things. I loved all foods, even meat. So I am still struggling a bit with not being able to cook the way I used to and eat the way I used to. But stuff like this, the enormous feedlot image, just drives home the message of how incredibly aweful it is. I mean it seems silly to me that I still wish I could make a pot of chili when I see stuff like this. Thanks Brian.

Brian, thank you for this. I thought that I was aware of the horrific treatment that our "food" animals went through, but I had no idea there were feed lots this big. It's staggering. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
