Saline vs Silicone

I am getting my new breast implants in three weeks and wanted to know if anyone has experience with the new Gummy silicone implant that my doctor wants me to have. There has been so much controversy about silicone but my doctor assures me that this particular implant is safe and I would be part of the test study. He says this silicone doesn't leak like the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generation. I personally am leaning towards saline but my doctor says they don't look as natural and are hard. OK, for me it's health first! Is anyone happy with their saline implants? As per history I have found that those subjects that are in such controversy usually have some truth to them. Baboo
