Hi Tonya...I've been away from the computer all day...
I don't think we need to bring anything special...comfy clothes for yoga might be a good idea...
See you there!
I Will be there. I have been to Kripalu before. Bring sneakers with you, the property is so beautiful. I heard it's going to get cold. I would bring some warm clothes. I always bring a pillow and blanket from home. Makes me sleep better. I get homesick :(. I would also suggest a bathing suit and flip flops for the Sauna and steam rooms. A yoga mat and a nice book you can read on your down time.
That's all that I can think of now.
See you there!
My daughter and I will be there; I'm looking forward to it as I've never been to Kripalu before. What time is everyone getting there? I'm afraid I will be getting there late, as my daughter has class in Boston until 3:30 Friday.
Michelle--thanks for the heads up on the pillow! I will be bringing mine.
Hi Boot Campers!
Make sure you bring a sacred object for one of our workshops (something small that will fit on an altar). This object will be returned to you!
Can't wait to see you all!
Corinne
Hi all of you lucky ladies heading to Kripalu! I was fortunate to attend the Omega weekend this past summer. It was such an amazing and transformative weekend. I too didn't know what to expect, was super nervous about not knowing anyone and being away from home and my comfort people.....but don't let any of that get in your way. No matter where you are on your own journey, you will find exactly what you need and be surrounded by warmth, acceptance and love. Enjoy every minute of it!!
Thanks Sundari, that is good information for the altar. Do you have a general program that you can share, it might help ups sort through what we need to bring.
