This is Mr. Honey posting for my wife Garnet Girl. She went in for her Chemo Embolization today and everything went through without a problem. The doctor told me that Garnet was able to take about 2/3's of the drug today (compared to 2/5's in March). So we are all good here...Pain management is going much better than it was the previous time. You will hear more from Garnet (or me) later this weekend.
Dear Mr. Honey,
Thank you so much for the update!
Keeping Garnet Girl and your family in my prayers.
Hope that you will be home soon.
Peach and many hugs,
Laurie
Mr Honey, how sweet, thank you so much for the update on GG. There will be continued energy coming her way. I hope she has a swift recovery.
love and blessings
Sandra
Mr. Honey...Thanks for the update...How are you doing? I often feel it is harder for the caregiver to go through and deal with their loved ones illnesses than it often is for the patient. When I am the patient, I get to sit back, heal and try to survive whatever. But the caregiver must experience it all and often becomes responsible for their loved ones care and well being as well as taking on their previous rolls in the household...Take care of yourself...Take time for yourself...Be good to yourself...Allow yourself to have emotions too...It is normal...
Awesome news!! Give our sweet Garnet Girl a HIGH FIVE and lots of ((((HUGS)))))! Also.....get here outside asap to enjoy our lovely Colo weather while it lasts!
