CRAZY SEXY BOOT CAMP, AUSTIN, TEXAS

The Crazy Sexy Team is hitting the road!! That's right, the very FIRST, official CSC Boot Camp is happening April 17th - 20th, in Austin, TX. This will be held at The Crossings, a fabulous spa and wellness center. The weekend will feature our ever-glowing canSer cowgirl momma, Kris, the incredibly wise and grounded crazy sexy life coach, Terri, and for entertainment value - moi, Beth, Crazy Sexy MD! There will be presentations on nutrition, juicing, journaling, navigating your healthcare, yoga, meditation, trance dance, trapeze, and 2 spa services all included in the program fee. Just mention you are a member of the Forum and you will get 10% off the fee. Since we recognize that the little "c" can make a huge dent in the big "C" (cash), you may opt out of the 2 spa services which will knock the program fee down to $510 - plus the 10% discount!

Oy vey, I know that is still a chunk of change - but really, it is an investment in getting you on the healing path. This weekend will create the foundation for your crazy sexy lifestyle, you will have the opportunity to get all your questions answered in person, it will uplift and empower you, making you feel like you CAN move toward wellness. Plus, it's just going to be a lot of fun!

I should know more next week, but it's a schedule thang too (kid pick ups and drop offs, etc.). Working on finding a parental stand in so I can head to the hill country. It's money money needed everywhere!

This event sounds like heaven on earth. For me, it is child care that is the sticking point, cash well, that too, but not as much as the family situation. Also travel..if you all can come to Southern California that would rock and maybe I could work it out to go.

I am up every Saturday to do my hour hike with my bff in the San Gabriel Mountains. Then I do a little garage sale shopping, and go to the gym for a one hour weights cardio class.
