I started a group called Victory Corner for when you need inspiration and want to read about peoples victories or if you want to celebrate something. No victory is too big or too small. Everyday is a series of victories. Let's take a moment and remember how grateful we are for them no matter what they are.
I completed 33 days of juicefeasting...I aim for 92 days so one third of the way is a huge deal for me, and it makes me feel strong... the first few days were a challenge because of detox (even after 11 months of raw foods) but now adays...I´m kicking but and feeling juicy too!
HOLY CRAP!!!!!! How cool are you????? Seriously, I am so inspired by Philip that when my dust settles this summer I'm seriously considering it. Scared though. You rock.
thanks! today is day 63, and I am still loving it, in fact the second month flew by so much quicker thatn the first, I expect to make the most of this last one (actually meditating and skinbrushing every day!) Definitely give it a try, for as long as you choose. I feel new!
Today I went to this dance class that I love, I had stopped going because they were giving me avastin injections on thursdays, I finally had that moved to fridays and actually have had enough energy to go three weeks in a row now, even while I am on my 10th month of chemo (temodar for brain tumor) YEAHHHH!!!!
Today I got my butt outside and walked 1 mile. Which was HUGE for me after months of sitting down, recovering and fatigue from treatment. I need to lose 50 lbs and am getting started with some exercise.
Today another Victory: I was able to take care of the whole family, including my Hero (= my hubby = my caregiver = everything else). He left work early because he didn't feel very well. After a few laughing sessions, he got rid of the bad staff and start feeling much better. I also felt a lot stronger than usual. What a team we are!!!
