Sleep has been an illusion for me lately. I know it's not caffeine, because I'm cutting way, way back. I know it's not my wacko thyroid, because my meds have been lowered. For me it's probably more stress related - 2 boys graduating HS & off to college ($$$$, campus visits, driving to unknown college towns far away, my health, job, weather, you name it!) I HATE the idea of taking anything to help me sleep, although I've tried melatonin (works ok) and a supplement called Tension RX Nightime. Both seem to give me a hungover feeling/groggy the next morning - which means I then need coffee to get going. OIY VAY! Any ideas?? (I do try to do a warm shower & gentle stretching before bed when I can chase my 15 year old daughter out of my bathroom :-) )
