Haha, I hope you don't want it to REALLY squeak. But that being said, I know lots of people who do the ones in the box and I also know people who do their own version via juice feasting, I think it's up to you. If it worked before and you liked it, then by all means, do it again.
As far as the 'healthy' aspect, it really depends on who you ask. I'm sure someone will say 'it's really unhealthy to do that' while someone else will come along and say 'it really is healthy to do that'.
For me personally, I always feel much cleaner, much better, much...more...whole? I don't know if that makes sense. I never have done one out of a box though.

My sister's acupunturist recommended Colonix/Toxinout... so that's the one we did. It seems pretty 'natural' but of course, as a newbie to this, I may be wrong.
I did the Dr. Natura colonix as well. I didn't like the tea. I'm not sure if that is good for you. I still use the fiber on occasion. I know some people who are addicted to it. It seems ther's so many different opinions on detoxing. If you felt great after doing it, then why not?
I use the Wild Rose cleanse, there are several stages but I only did the first one (it was more wallet friendly then the Colonix and sounded a little more natural).
I liked it and am getting ready to do it again. http://www.wildrose.com/
