I've just come out of surgery about 4wks ago now and understand that it can be so terrifying, but positive thoughts and prayers can go a long way-I'm sending you mine at this special time and be safe in the knowledge that you are not alone, we are all with you and God will see you through my friend.

HELLO!!!! HELLLOOOOO!!!!!

So, i had surgery today! Hmmm, it went so much better than i ever thought possible!!! I literally ran out of the place and spent most of the rest of the day in the city with my very best friend Karen!!! We had raw lunch, went to Whole Foods and then came home and went up on the boardwalk and walked a mile, went to starbucks, talked, walked...Folks, i was under anesthesia today, i had surgery, yet i am totally fine!!! I did have to wear that horrible hat (hairnet)! I think the nurses were glad to see me leave, because i didn't stop talking and as i was drinking the hot cocoa they gave me i started talking to the other patients in the recovery room!!! My doctor did say that most polyps are benigne so that is a relief, she wore this funky purple hat and scrubs, very cool indeed!!! :O)

Thank you all for your prayers!!! They were answered today and then some!!! All in all i actually had a fun day!!! :O)
