It is believed that PH is important to the growth of cancer. If your PH is off then cancer will thrive. If you get it in check then it can't grow. Flushing your body with green juice, lemon water, salads, smoothies will help your body get to the proper PH. You should try to avoid sugar, even in the form of fruit if you have cancer because sugar is cancer's favorite food, and it messes up the PH. Read Kris's book, for a better explanation. You could pick it up at the library. Aslo PH Miracle.

Hey Ana!
Restaurants are tricky, especially if you are trying to avoid gluten. Personally the only thing I will go out to eat is sushi and indian food. Restaurants where you can order rice and veggies is good too.
There is a great PH blog on Kris's blog page. http://crazysexycancer.blogspot.com/2008/05/ph-p-who-by-crazy-sexy-...
Once you adjust its really not difficult at all. A lot of restaurants are starting to accomodate our diets, and organic restaurants are popping up in our area too.
Regarding Green Juice, Max Gerson came up with a fantastic Green Juice that you may like to try. It consists of a
small handful of the following: romaine lettuce, green leaf lettuce, red leaf lettuce, chard, beet tops, water cress, escarole & endive. Also add 1/4 green pepper, a very small handful of red cabbage and one green apple.
Note: too much water cress will make your Green Juice juice quite bitter, so you may want to reduce the amount you use 'to taste.' Occassionally, I'll throw in a bunch just to get a good serving of it now and again.
Thanks everyone for sharing your recipes, information about a normal day and the "WHY of most of the raw food, we new people need to understand to fully born on healthy eating habits. Keep sending your menus and recipes on green and fruit juices, and menus that is so important for newies.
