Hey Beth! I'm just getting more and more excited about our up coming weekend! You are a sweetie to offer up your taxi services to me :) As it gets closer I may take you up on it. I think Omega may have some kind of shuttle service that I want to look into-but going back on Sunday when I am in more of a time fix I may hit you up for that ride if it works with your schedule. The place itself sounds wonderful and hopefully by getting there around 4ish on Friday I'll have some time to explore...Be well-Janet

Okay, so my cancer co-pilot will be coming to the big crazy event! I am so looking forward to it. I was wondering if any other co-pilots were comign and then they could be a co-pilot posse and hang out together while we are all doing our crazy sexy cancer thing?

Hey Amy! Glad to meet another Omega participant! My co-pilot is staying home---someone needs to take care of our 3 dachshunds and 3 cats while I'm away! That's really cool that your partner is joining you/us. I'm really looking forward to boot camp and excited to meet and hang-out with other comrades. If there are no other co-pilots and yours needs a break from us, there is a beautiful lake on campus that can be enjoyed with canoe or kayak as well as a cafe, bookstore and spa (even co-pilots need spa treatments!). Hi Beth! Thanks for your email. Looking forward to meeting you at Omega! The lake sounds fabulous! We are flying out from Seattle and he was going to spend the weekend alone in NYC but it sounded a bit lonely with it being the 4th and all. So he can do co-pilot things while we do our thing! Perfect! Take care and see you soon!

Woohoo..... let the countdown begin! Can't you just feel the energy mounting?? Kris, Terri and I are SO excited to hang out with all you Crazy Sexy Peeps in a little over a week!!

I have seen the twitters about the trapeze... believe me, it is such an empowering experience, it will invigorate you for months to come. And it is such a blast to boot!!

LauraB - I have the green light on getting you there for Saturday, still negotiating details, are you still interested in coming for the day??? If so, private message me some personal contact info so I can get in touch with you.....

Please remember to bring an item that is special to you to place on our altar. Also, we will be doing some writing exercises, if you have a journal, might be a good idea to bring it if you want to keep your work in there.

What to pack, what to pack.... always a girl's dilemma!! :)

For workshop purposes, just super casual, comfy clothing. Likely, we will be sitting on floor, with backjacks, pillows etc. For trapeze, comfy, snug workout kind of clothing - don't want your clothes falling up/down when swinging from trapeze. Yoga classes available at Omega, so clothes for that if you want to participate. Sauna available - either with suit or au natural. Pajamas. You will have some time to do what you want, so look over Omega offerings/facilities/campus, whatever you need for something you choose to do. Depending on accommodations you selected, you may need linens, towels, etc.

Oops, forgot to tell you all....

my contact at Omega encourages us all to bring a small flashlight, apparently the campus is not well lit and we will be walking back to our rooms late. We don't want anyone to take a tumble.
