NYC Posse... who's ready to gather again??

Greetings to all you Big Apple Posse members!!!

Who's ready for a little yoga, followed by a raw food demo/tasting prepared by Kris Carr and Beth (bav, Crazy Sexy MD)? What could be better than cleansing our bodies with some soulful yoga and then feeding it amazing raw food that is both delicious AND nutritious?!?

The date is set!!! Sunday, September 28th, 12pm, Jivamukti Yoga, downtown location. There is going to be a fee for this event, which will include the yoga class and the lunch/presentation afterwards. Once I have it worked out, I will let you all know the cost and we will figure out the registering/payment etc.

If you missed our first gathering this past May, be sure to join us for this one!! We are going to move our God Pods, eat tasty treats, and just have a crazy, sexy afternoon together!!

ALL wellness-seekers welcome. The more the crazier and sexier!!

It sounds fantastic! Sept. is best for me..that will be a week after my 40th bday! Woo-hoo! I hear our Kris is a Virgo, too. Anyone know her big day so we can shower her with love?

I put this in as a suggestion at the last meet up It would be Fabulous.......If you are looking for an amazing teacher I can make a suggestion.She would LOVE to do it.The Fall would be a better time with thye earth in all its splendor at that time.Very much looking forward. Tricia

WOW I am getting very excited to see everyone again.
September 28th seems to be the day!!! I am going to try to rearrange a commitment I already had for that date.
I so look forward to seeing everyone, and what an awesome day it will be.
I am sure that Kris and Beth are preparing some delish goodies for us to enjoy.......!
So glad to be a part of this again!!

I'm very new to the site...just got here this week...(member 2021) but I'd love to come and take it all in. I live in NJ a few minutes outside of NY so it's not far for me and the date works fine...
