Hi girlfriends,

I am very disappointed to notify that we won't be coming next weekend. Jack (my hubby) was laid off yesterday (he works in the homebuilding industry) so no-go on the trip. We are quite stunned and, of course, worried.

Have a fab time though, I will be thinking of all of you and the awesome life vibe.

I will be coming from Upstate & was wondering where a good place to park would be?

I would suggest going online to google the best parking by 18 East 23rd street.
There are multiple listings for parking around NYC....You may have to walk a few blocks but I am sure there are parking garages around, or if you circle the blocks you might find something on the street.
I will call the restaurant for you to see if I can get additional information. Also, if you are a member of AAA or similar, they might be able to help you with this. Hope this helped...but I will call the restaurant too.

okay I have some parking information:
If you are coming down 23rd street traveling west, there is a parking garage on the right side, between 5th and 6th avenues. If you are traveling east, it will be on the left side. Bonobos is between Park Avenue South and Broadway. So if you park on 23rd street, you will walk toward 5th avenue (Broadway). Keep walking until you are between Broadway and Park Avenue South. It is about one and one-half big blocks. So it goes something like this: 6th -- 5th (Broadway) -- Park. Hope I didn't confuse things for you....!

I was really looking forward to meeting everyone on Saturday but just got some bad news from my latest scans. There is progression and not many options left for me. I don't want to be a downer at the first posse meeting, so I have some mixed feelings about attending. On the other hand, I might get some great inspiration from everyone. Any thoughts?
