Help! Night terrors while fasting?

Also, I have not had problems with nightmares since I was a kid. And even then, it was nothing like this. These are intense!

That is scarry. And deep if you think about it. Like your body is detoxing bad memories too? Or do the nightmares make no sense at all. I've been scared to fast, and now I'm even more scarred. I don't need any deep down shit coming up to the surface and freaking me out!

Oh, no! I don't want to scare you out of fasting. I do have to say that while I'm awake, I feel better than ever! The juice fast/feast has done wonderful things for me physically. It's just at night when things get crazy.

I do have a whole giant heap of unresolved emotional issues that need to be dealt with. I hadn't thought of the nightmares and night terrors as being related to that until now. It would be interesting to know if the things in my dreams really do symbolize issues that I have been allowing to fester for however many years, and then how to interpret that.
