About Me:: I am a 49 year old designer. I have a wonderful husband of 28 years, and two amazing children, a daughter aged 20, and a son aged 22. My baby sister aged 43 has just been diagnosed with cancer. We are currently awaiting news of the source of the cancer, and the stage. Can anyone recommend some good reading material?

Just wondering how your yoga practice is going? I also wanted to say that yoga is all about breath so already your on the right path, most people completely miss the point of it all being about breath, so youre already ahead!

Thanks for the update on your sister...glad she is doing ok thus far...believe me when I tell you a positive attitude HELPS thur all of this.As for my sis, her "attitude" is thus when it comes to her KaNsEr...."I have told it to get in the backseat of my car an sit down an shut the hell up"(in other words she is doing the "driving" for now!!!) We find at least one thing to laugh out loud about each day and count our BLESSINGS twice (for each new day we are given together.)
