Hi Tony! You are and will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers. When you mentioned that your mouth is dry, I wondered if you could make ice cubes from some of the juices, and even ensure if yo... Read More »

I'm not worried about that at all. Sprouts are no more likely to spread bacteria than any other raw food. As long as you wash them before eating, which I don't even always do, you should be fine. Honestly, I'm growing them myself using organic soil, in a clean environment, and rinsing them well before putting them in the fridge, so I feel safer than I would with most of the mystery foods that I buy. Plus, a certain amount of bacteria is good for us! We've been conditioned by the media to be germaphobes, wiping out every germ in sight with antibacterial this and antibacterial that. It's actually creating a perfect storm sort of situation.
I've been eating sprouts consistently for 6 months and I've never had a single problem.
If I opt for a "powdered greens mix" I LOVE Vitamineral Green powder. Cheers :)
It draws the toxins out of the body.
That's the great thing about working with Dr. Gonzalez- he's licensed M.D. who received his medical degree from Cornell University! So he knows exactly what he's doing with the supplements.
I have never felt better or healthier.
He gives everyone an individualized diet which he determines by doing metabolic testing. My diet doesn't have to be all raw, but I do it that way.
Dr. Gonzalez' program costs $3600 up front for the consult fee, which is for the initial 2 visits. Then you go home and order your supplements and enzymes, which cost me $1000 the first month, and then between $500-600 per month since then, since I always have some left over from the previous month that carry over.
I don't live in NY- I live in FL. I only see him every 6 months, so I'll fly back up in July. In between, I call him with questions/concerns and he returns the phone call the same day.
The program is very intense and a big commitment. I take almost 200 pills per day along with 2 coffee enemas and lots of juicing. I also follow a very strict diet.
These things are a small price to pay for what it has given me in return. But each of us knows what's right for us and I knew instinctively that this would work for me.
I hope that helps, and if you have absolutely any more questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
Have a great day!
Love and light,
Jill
Hope this is helpful,
Gayla
