Best of luck to you. You will do great.

Did I tell you about www.thyca.org. It's a great resource for patients with thyroid cancer. There are low iodine diet recipes, tips for RAI, etc. You have probably already come across it, but just thought I'd mention it.
Are you taking Thyrogen or are you withdrawing for synthroid to delve into the land of hypothyroidism? Just keep positive thoughts and sleep lots. This, too, shall pass. Have a great weekend.

p.s. I am feeling great. One chemo down. I feel totally normal. I still have hair...don't know for how long, but I still got it!
Above all be good to yourself...
Read, Relax, get massages, watch movies, find good nurturing people who make you laugh and you will get through it all ok.
I've put up a reading list also on Crazy Butterflies, check that out for useful info...
Peace and energy to you
Ann
I hope you are doing well.

I've survived Thyroid Cancer, where are you in your treatment now, had surgery?, RAI? on Synthroid? How do you feel?
You are going to do great! Your tumor was tiny. You are a young woman. Great prognositic indicators for papillary CA. The cancer in one lymph node...not a big deal. Does not affect your rock star prognosis. Most patients that I treat say that the worst part of the RAI is just the isolation period. Take along some good books!

You know, stress is worse than some of the diagnoses... you have to keep a positive mind. Toxic thoughts and people DO affect you in a negative way.
With that said, try not to stress. It's tough, but Thyroid Cancer is treatable and chances are you're getting all worked up over nothing major.
Plus you got all us Thyroid gals here. :)
Happy Wednesday!

I don't have your type of cancer, but I do have breast cancer. If you like drop by my page and we can chat.
Blessings to you,
