About Me:: Breast cancer survivor (stage 3 - triple negative) diagnosed July/Aug 07 - run our own wine business and have two beautiful children. About as toxic as a person can be after heavy duty TAC chemo, radiotherapy, surgery etc. Now determined to get fitter than I've ever been and beat the burgeoning bulge. Finding the journey extraordinary, terrifying, exhausting and occasionally exhilirating. Desperate to learn everything I can about how to take care of myself better.
