It's funny how a few little words can change your life so completely. They can change how you view the world, how you react, and even who you are. There are a lot of them, so it's not really so strange that they affect us so much, but when you don't tend to ascribe to labels and you don't let most words phase you, there are still, STILL, a few that reach into your heart and wrench it around and they never put it back in quite the right place.
I've often wondered what I'd do if I got cancer agai…

Thanks for your message: I appreciate your support and energy. I hope you are having a joyful and fun-filled weekend!
I admire your zest for life and determination to kick "c" in the butt... That's the way to go!!! Actually, I think it's a huge part of success to win over "c": great attitude (although many times it's hard to have it on hand) plus good treatment plan, including best nutrition program: for some folks its Gerson, for others its all raw, for still others its macro.
Have a cheerful weekend and smile!! :---)))

Thanks for your comments: I appreciate your advice very much!! It looks like I have to change my primary care as well: I went to mine yesterday and he wants me to have another cat scan. But he said something very disturbing to me: he said that early stage ovarian cancer does not produce any symptoms: this is soooo wrong!!!! This is old school talking! Now they say that early stage does produce symptoms, and I have every single one of them: bloating, pelvic pain, feeling full very quickly, etc. So, even my primary care seems ignorant in this case!! Need to find a new primary care and new gyn!! Some folks have told me that women md's are more sensitive towards "female" issues, like listening more to symptoms involving reproductive organs, etc. So far, my experience with male primary care and two male gyn md's proves that point very well!! As you know, so far my experience with the three of them was very unsatisfactory: lack of understanding, total lack of communication, not listening to my list of symptoms, etc. Very bad, indeed!!
I have an HMO type of insurance and that is another problem!
My girlfriend though has it much worse: this week she has been diagnosed with breast cancer but she has no insurance of any kind! These past few days I have been calling all kinds of organizations to find some sort of government program for her: she does not qualify for Medicaid, can't afford to pay around $500 a month for private insurance plus they will impose a one year "pre-existing condition clause". At least you guys in Canada don't have problems like these: no matter what, you can just go to a doc or hospital without worrying whether or not you may lose all your life's savings or a house in the process in order to pay your medical bills.
I just hope there will be some sort of insurance coverage for the uninsured in this country because it is heart-wrenching to see folks like my girlfriend: having to face cancer PLUS worrying sick how and where can she find some sort of treatment for her cancer!! In a situation like this, I feel grateful for my totally inefficient HMO!!

Thanks very much for your reply: you are soooo right!!!
I cannot wait and do nothing, as those bozos who call themselves "md"'s want me to. It's ridiculous what they say: just wait, do nothing, and see if it will become stage IV ovarian "c" - yeah, right!
I am glad you are doing so well: it's awsome!
Do you follow any specific food plan, or alternative therapy?
Thanks a bunch again: your message surely helped in more ways than one!
God Bless,
Mary
I really like your favorite quote, it is so much more profound than the "Let your flame shine bright!" which I say a lot. haha!!
