About Me:: I am 53 years of age as of July 2008, cannot eat flour/wheat, although I periodically try because I miss the stuff! Juiced a few years ago and would like to juice again. Am basically quite healthy, walk my dog 2x/day, retired but work 4 part time administrative jobs. Have wonderful supportive husband, one daughter, one granddaughter, another grand-baby due end of July. Love life, lost my sister to cancer - she was 47, all 4 grandparents had cancer, I had a tumor - hysterectomy required. Just want to eat right to make my tummy/mind feel better.
