About Me:: Middle-aged Zucchini producer from coastal Mississippi. On my work days, I am a Nurse Practitioner. I work in a busy Emergency Room. Lot's of drama. Lot's of stress...until I found nirvana aka Kris Carr's TV show last October. I started eating raw...and juicing...and meditating....and LIVING. I have found that there is WAY more to life than just getting up every morning and putting on the same tired old scrubs. I am exuberant! And my family thinks that I have "defected to the other side." In fact I have found my Happy Place! I have found that stress is just 'nothin' but a thang!Thanks, Kris.You are wonderful. I am grateful for having been touched by you.

I LOVE your picture with your squash! How is the fast going? I have been doing the raw foods diet now for a few weeks. Level 3/2 and I love how I feel. I am not at the fasting level yet, but I plan on getting there someday. Do you have any suggestions for a newby? I am making a cocktail of kale, celery, carrot, lemon and apple in the mornings. I really love it and feel so much more energy and clarity.

One year since dx of invasive breast ca, bilat mastectomy and TRAM flap reconstruction...I does get better, but definitely two steps forward, one back...I can totally relate to your juicing experience. I am a few weeks into it and I love it.
