I have spent most of my life doing what I thought other expected me to do. I can finally say that I live my life according to my own standards now, which include my life long career goals and loving my body from the inside out, thanks to Kris Carr and raw foods. I became a raw vegan the day after seeing Kris Carr on Oprah. It's only been a month and half and I feel incredible!
