What else can I say except that Kris and the CSL posse rock. I have a combination of mental illnesses that are getting worse as I get older (and I'm still very young). My family has a history of medical problems including cancer. I believe very much in the CSLifestyle, but my brain is always working against me.

hi A.S., at first i wasn't going to share about my mental illness, but it is so important to share because i think this wol is so important in healing mind body spirit. i REALLY struggle with my MI. and i very much agree it has gotten more difficult as i age. going to be 39 soon. i am very sensitive to meds, always have been. i am trying to find alternatives to medications. i will stay on a limited number, but use alot of meditation etc etc. other stuff i can tell you about if you want. i so want to start cleaning up my diet and eat more and more raw. also looking into the rebounder. stay in touch. i still don't really know the in's and out's of blogging, keeping track of messages etc. but want to stay in touch.... amy (meme)
