About Me:: I am still trying to figure out how I did it. I am 30 and have been on an amazing journey through hospitals, Mri's, Radiation & Chemo.
I have a wonderful husband, family and support team. I stay positive and live a healthy lifestyle.
I was diagnosed in 2002 with Angio Fibromia's of the Sinus cavity. I had my first Brain surgery following the diagnosis. In April of 2007 I did a low dose of Radiation to shrink my reacurrence. It didn't work! November 30th 2007 I traded in my heels for slippers and braved another 8 hour Brain surgery, Radiation and chemotherapy. This time around I was diagnosed with mixed high grade Sarcoma of the Sinus and Scull Base.
August 2008, I am on another journey through the halls of the Hospital. I had a reoccurrence of 3 more Sarcoma's. I am looking into other ways to treat this to live a happy some what normal life.

What's your personal mission statement?: Cancer stinks....I want everyone to know that they are not alone. I want to share the love that I have to help others get through the hard times.

Otherwise life is good :) I am taking a Korean style Yoga Class...very interesting...it has to do with energy in the body...It is unlike any other yoga I have done...I like it! The exercise is great.
I'm looking to hearing how you are and what your treatment plans are looking like. Tell all, please....

I am a brain cancer survivor and have had brain surgery myself. I know what you've been through! I declined radiation and chemo, however, as my tumor is of the "slow growing" variety. While I watch and wait, I am following the CSL lifestyle quite closely (actually I began down this path before Chris' book came out and was pleased to see I was not alone!).

Good to hear from you, for the most part everything is going great. I just dont like dealing with the uncertanties down the road- so I dont. Im back to work full time to bank some money so I can go back to school and finish my degree there- cant wait for that. Ski season is right around the corner- (and college passes are amazing) and pretty much dont have time to think about the future these days, I really am more in a mind frame to just smell the roses everyday that I am given rather than worry about the future and waste the time I do have. Hope all is well out on your end.

I won the audition to sing next summer up in the Birkshires! Been waiting three months...lots of competition! finally got a vision board and put it up!
Going to Ohio this week on Tuesday to see houses...gone a week...Will check in on the forum and email as I can. There is a coffee shop in town with free wifi :)
