About Me:: I was diagnosed with breast cancer at 32 years old, on February 28, 2006 at 4:45 p.m. While going through treatment, I realized the need to educate other young women about this disease. I knew that I had a personal responsibility to help others, and founded Tigerlily Foundation (www.tigerlilyfoundation.org). As the voice of young women everywhere, I educate women under 40 about this disease and empower them to become their own best advocate. Together, we can find a cure, but we can also prevent women from dying by ensuring that they are diagnosed earlier AND we can help women live healthier lives by living cleaner and smarter. Our goal is to save lives and change the world, one person at a time.
