YAY! Drinking tons of Plant Blood always makes me feel on top of the world :)
Sounds FABULOUS! Beet greens are full of nutrients :)
It depends on the type of juicer you have.
For the juice feasting, they're saying to use a blender and strain out the juice (claiming it's the easiest way to do mass quantities of juice), and do it all in the morning for the whole day if you have to. BUT, I'm not clear with oxidation level of the juice with this process. If you do this, make sure you at least fill the container to the tippy top to reduce the amount of oxygen in the jar. That will help some. When I was using the blender method, thinking it was easier, which honestly, it's still a pain in the butt to me :) I used my Food Saver. So not only did I fill the jar to the tippy top with juice, using water to fill the rest if needed, I then sucked out all of the air to help reduce oxidation (don't know how effective this was).
If you have a Green Star, then you're all set, although it takes a long time to juice large quantities. You could juice it all up at once, store in airtight glass mason jars filled to the top, and not worry much about oxidation for well over a day, because the twin gears in the system extract the juice slowly. There are studies done on this. Keep in mind, fresh is still always best :)
If you have a centrifuge system like a Breville, I wouldn't store the juice. There are studies showing this oxidizes and starts to deteriorate within 15 minutes of making it (which is why I question the blender method). I love my Breville when I want to make a quick big juice, but I drink it within 15 minutes. Since a machine like this is fast and easy to clean, I'd make each juice just before drinking it. If you have to, take the juicer to work! What a great conversation starter!!! If I choose for the whole day, I juice throughout the day using my Breville. If I had to juice and store for the day, I'd use my Green Star.
Cheers everyone! Have a GREAT week :)

I agree with LolaBloom. Check out
www.juicefeasting.com for some great information. You have to drink a lot if you don't want to lose weight. Some people add a couple tablespoons of hemp or coconut oil to add calories, too. Fruit juice also adds more calories, but watch your blood sugar since you're not having any fiber at all.
When I was juice feasting, I drank about 4-5 quarts and I still lost weight.
Cheers,
Kristen
The best high-powered blender on the market is a Blendtec. Yes, I like my Vitamix, too, but I LOVE my Blendtec more. It's easy to get the food out, simple to clean, efficient, fits neatly on my counter under my cupboard, and basically Rocks My World!
Cheers,
Kristen
