I juice once every 3 days and make it last. Might not be the VERY best, but I figure better than nothing. It's all I can mange with my schedule.

Juicing at your friends house is a great start - even if you make a lot at once.

Start looking for a juicer for your own place. That way you can begin juicing on a daily basis and consuming the fresh juice would be the best.

I can tell your focus is already on a healthy lifestyle.
