About Me:: I'm a crazy Londoner. From Hungary originally but have been living in L for 8 years now...
Got recently diagnosed with cancer, tongue c. I'm after surgery now but before radio therapy...
Doing well. Recovery was very quick, thanks God! Sure, i can thank it for my healthy life style and youth. Or?!? Lol.
Recently got single, partner couldn't handle things as well as i did. Arghh! Who needs men?!? (Why is this stupid 'C' scares men so badly and than they start acting like smucks? Men and women are sooooo different. Girls, we all know what would happen if it was the other way around, right...?)
I'm an occupational therapist, working with children. Love it and to be honest miss it terribly - as i'm not working at moment. Taking it easy - it's kinda nice to do what i was told or what is the best for me at moment. Hahahaha!
Feel a bit conscious about my speech. Although, i know it's not too bad I'm pushing it really hard. Want to get the old speech back as soon as i can. : )
Other than that LIFE IS GOING WELL and i know i'm a trooper so it will all be OK!

This week is a bit tight as I'm meant to have a small op on fri, but dont think I'm gonna do it. Trying to back on the raw wagon starting a cleanse today.

What days are good for you this week? If not then maybe next week? We can discuss the yoga in more detail then if you like?

I would always check to see where the blood was donated from before I hung it for my patients. In the States there are clusters of ethnicity concentrated in certain areas. For example, Rhode Island has a great percentage of Italians. Hence, if the blood came from there I would tell my patients that they might be craving eggplant parmesean and chianti that night!!!!

My Grandmother 's name was Alice. Very pretty. =) Thank you for your kind words. YOU"RE amazing. I can't imagine having half of my tongue. Wow. What a challenge. I watched the special a couple of weeks ago, Stand Up To Cancer. I'm not sure if you watched it, but there was a man that had jaw cancer and he took out a piece he wears in his mouth that helped with his jaw. Amazing. So many people...

We are all survivors and all of each other are inspirations to each other I believe.

We are the same age and I also loved the time travellers wife (I read it three times and might have to read it again now you have reminded me about it!)

Wow...busy week! I don't have much planned this week...it's my week off, so I will try to get a few things done at home, see friends, take it easy pretty much....and WRITE a bit every day!
