SQEAKY CLEAN LIVER

I went to my alternative health care Dr. this week and according to my tests with her, I no longer have any cancer cells in my liver!!!!! I can't describe the feeling of relief. An underlying tension is gone. There is much work to still do, but I feel that I can see the light at the end of the tunnel now. :)

How

I know what to do. I just don't seem to be grasping HOW to do it, day after live long day, while having a life of some normality within my family. Tonight I had a tantrum throwing craving and my husband brought me a chocolate shake and a butterfinger. I have made no progress. I do not know HOW to live raw/alkaline for an extended amount of time. Am I lacking will power, know how, brain power, heart, desire? Do I truly have a death wish?

Food Journal Inspiration

Wow, Kris's blog was right on for me. I can go strong for almost a week and then crash and quit writing because I don't want a to record the naughty stuff. So, here is my renewed attempt. The thing I can do without for the rest of my life. Never have, ever again is . . . . . Caffeine and pop and alcohol. Horrified at myself right now!

I can hardley even write this, please don't send child services to check me out. This afternoon I fell asleep, got woke up by a phonoe call and fell back to sleep . . . . . for more than an hour. I woke up in a daze when my brother came over and walked into my room and told me to wake up! I looked at my phone and had missed the Dr. appointment I had made.
