About Me:: I was diagnosed with Inflammatory Breast Cancer Jan. 2007. Drastically changed my diet and lifestyle, becoming vegetarian (consuming 10-12 alkaline veggies a day and 1-2 alkaline fruits (to eliminate insulin resistance) a day. Worked very hard at eliminating my systemic inflammation with wheat grass, fish oil, curcumin, vitamin balancing, yoga, guided imagery, meditation and more.

Researched and sought out the best clinic to treat my specific cancer http://www.mdanderson.org/diseases/breastcancer/display.cfm?id=39c2c5ae-a411-49e9-875855cb37b6c999&method=displayfull . Have travelled from Michigan to Texas over 25 times, over 50,000 miles to date.

July, 07 PET scans revealed NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE ! ! ! I have continued the course and to date my scar tissue has completely regressed. I have indefinitely postponed recommended mastectomy and radiation. I am currently 19 months from diagnosis continuing NO EVIDENCE OF DISEASE.

I believe I am the only living non-metastatic IBC survivor who is NED having had no mastectomy or radiation. If anyone else is out there like me I would love to hear from you, or connect to any other IBC suvivors. PEACE & VEGGIE HUGS..... valeriefraser@gmail.com

So glad you are here. As you know I've been busy, and not online as much as before, but I am trying to get better about planning a little 'me time' online now and then.

Deep in kitchen redo and work deadlines (don't cha know). Things are better at the moment at work, but we were at the office till 11.30 that night! yikes!

The gyno visit was classic.... I must tell you about it soon. In fact I got the funniest Rx from that meeting. go figure. Date on Thursday went well. More news to come soon.
