About Me:: Married to a wonderful man for 21 years and have an awesome 20 year old son. Moved from FL big city 10 years ago to a small town in the beautiful Appalachian mountains of North Carolina. Been a vegetarian for almost 20 years, but started eating too much processed foods, dairy and carbs so I really started feeling worn-out. Just turned 47 and have started eating raw since 1/10/2008 and feel like I have more energy and joy than I have for a long time. Saw this site and clip video of Kris speaking and wanted to share it and join in with this encouraging and supporting group. My Mom has MDS and has been going thru chemo.
