About Me:: My name is Tovah, and I have RA (Rheumatoid Arthritis) which is a very painful condition that affects the fluid lining the joints in my body. While it's not "cancer" i felt like I was diagnosed with cancer when my doctors told me to expect to die young, and basically live in pain up until then. I refuse to listen to them and have been on an extraordinary journey of informational healing ever since.

Everyday I am working towards a raw and living foods diet. And am doing everything I can to spread the word about how changing your diet truly can directly impact the way that you feel and your frame of mind.

What's your personal mission statement?: I am healing myself with a high life force vibration diet that will re-charge my body and awaken my soul's purpose on this earth. I am a child of God and nothing can take that away from me or change His devine will in my life!
