So I have just survived my first week of being gluten free and I feel great. I did it at the suggestion of a friend. I kind thought she knew what she was talking about so I tried it on a lark really. I feel that I am waking from a dream. I have been so locked in the past and dreaming of the future that I have lost touch with NOW. I forgot that NOW is what makes up life - just a string of nows.
