About Me:
I am a stay-at-home mother of three daughters from the Chicago suburbs. Prior to becoming a mother, I was a middle school language arts teacher. I am trying to find ways for our family to live a healthier life. I have truly been inspired by the CSL movement. Seeing CSC when it first aired really forced me to take a look at my life and how I want to help my little girls grow up in the healthiest of environments.
