25 years old, married May 23, 2008. Just had a total thyroidectomy on June 11th where they found that the cancer had spread, so they also removed 11 out of 14 lymph nodes. Can't wait until the treatment is done. . .

Hi Jamie! Thanks for sharing your story. You have every right to be worried and scared, but just know that YOU WILL BE FINE. Better even. Focus on your wedding and all of the positive things in your life. The surgery is just a hurdle you must get over... and you can do it! Get in touch if you want to talk more.
