About Me:: Hi my name is Lizz I am in remission from breast cancer. I had a double mas and reconstruction 6 years ago at the ripe age of 31. I am considered high risk right now and still get me levels done every 6 weeks. I am excited to start a new lifestyle and start with veggies and get rid of the junk in my diet. I have a wonderful husband and 2 beautiful little girls, 2 goats, 2 chickens and 2 horses. I guess my favorite number is 2..........LOVE the BOOK !!! Rock on girlfriends

Once you fall in love with horses, always in love.........
Do check out Kristin's site here and her blog. She has helped me so much with getting to where I want to get to in my diet. I was surprised to find that I am already on my way to a raw diet. Since before my radiation treatment, I had to find foods that would stay with me, and in changing back then, I have progressed on my own to veggie/vegan....the transition is slow but going forward.

It looks like you have been to the Ithaca Farmer's Market too - and Moosewood! My family and I are long time residents of Ithaca. I just joined CSL in June and I'm learning so much - its a great group.
