About Me:: I am strong! Confident and Couragous! I see myself as a free spirit, a giver, a dreamer, a doer. I love deeply and I try to lift others up!

I like to go barefoot, play, dance, listen to music, laugh, travel and spend time with my family and friends.

I am starting a business to enrich the lives of women~ and to build a secure future for myself and my son.

My greatest joy has been being a mom and my son is the light of my life. I am a single mom. Not yet divorced and not in a relationship but I am in love. Bittersweet and complicated!!

I was diagnosed in March 07 and after 3 lumpectomies....they just kept finding more. I had "multi-focal" cancer. Some areas DCIS and another area~ infiltrating ductal carcinoma BUT had clean nodes. I had a mastectomy 6/6/07 and have spent the year being put back together again!

My thoughts "pre-mastectomy" written May 2007 (excerpt)

Yes my doctors discovered that I had multifocal using the digital mamo and confirming it with biopsy. I did the reconstruction and did not need any treatment. Thought I was home free, but 10 days ago was diagnosed with CLL. Guess the body just has not been as healty as it needs to be. I am now rebounding, juicing, and have gone to raw foods hoping to see some changes. My sister lives in gansevoort, was just their this June.
