It's been forever since I've checked in with my Crazy Sexy Life :) I've been working full-time and getting chemo'd-up. Since I started my new chemo, the little suckers in my lungs have finally begun to shrink, which is great news. There are a couple of new little guys that have appeared in my left lung, but we're pushing ahead with the same chemo and going strong until it's gone. I have news. It's not all good, but it's not all bad. I've still got a lot of work to do, but I'll do whatever it takes to stay here with all of you! Whatever it takes... After getting my CT/PET scan on Tuesday, I went to the chemo clinic on Wednesday to find out my results and possibly to get my fourth infusion. I consider my chemo weeks my beauty sleep getaways. I take a week off from work, go get my medicines, and then just sleep for a few days. When I go back to the office, I look five years younger... or so I've been told! See? There's always something good in everything.

I went to the hospital last week to get my third chemo treatment, but got sent home because my white blood cell count was too low. That makes sense since my throat has been sore for a few days and I got my first canker sore in years. In the meantime, I've had to really force myself to sit still and do nothing.
