About Me:: I am 21 years old and have lived in San Diego for a about a year and a half. It was only gonna be a year but I met a wonderful man, Michael, who changed my life forvever. He put the idea in my head that loving yourself is the only way to live this life. He introduced me to a raw/vegan lifestyle. I as completely obsessed with things like cigarettes and alcohol and most importantly ICE CREAM!!! (more than that but to name a few...) I realized all those things were just ways for me to escape life and the possibility of making myself happy. I can say I reduced my cigarettes to maybe 1 a week, this week zero!! Me and Mike only drink on birthdays and holidays and eat 80% Raw and 19% Vegan the other 1% is those cookies I can't get enough of... Damn Cookies!!!! I stopped having Dairy because I noticed my skin looks much better because of it. Now I have completly submitted to the reality that " All that we are is a result of what we have thought" spoken well by none other than Budda. I have found an outlet in Kris Carr's story to see that we create our universe by simply changing the way we think. Thank you for sharing your story.

I just googled some photos, pasted them into word and used paintshop to create the jpg. However, I think you can also use, the keyboards keys alt print screen then control v to do the last part.
I looked at specialist software but this is free and I think it looks good anyhow =)
