About Me:: I am all about trying to find myself, as I navigate through this great life of mine. My husband is deployed to Afghanistan on a 15-month tour. Right after he left in March, I found out I was pregnant with our first child. I had been excited for the time away from him to get back to my healthy existence that I knew when I joined the Army myself, two and a half years earlier. I was fit, heathy, happy and confident; I felt radiant at all times. So, when the deployment came about, I was sad, but so glad to have the time to spend on myself - to find myself again. I love my life, and the life I have inside of me. I want to be the healthiest and happiest I can, not only for my child and as support to my husband, but for my own self, as well. I think I have found just the right place to do so.

The people here are so amazing that it is easy to love them immediately. I only want what is best for everyone, and I want to extend my love to everyone also.

If it were not for this site, I would definitely be fighting a battle completely on my own. I thought that was how it was supposed to be done. Then I read the book, and a flood rained down on me.
