A little suggestion. Have you tried reading Eckhart Tolle's book 'Power of Now' and 'The New Earth'.

These two books have really helped me a lot in dealing with my anxieties and sadness. Maybe it will help you too.

Yes, I as well have been Diagnosed with Having a Mental Illness. Over the years I have been classified a number of times with different and various illnesses... The most recent one being "Major Depression"....

Please DON'T EVER FEEL THAT IT IS IN YOUR HEAD!!!!!!

If you don't mind me asking are you taking Traditional Meds for your Mood DIsorder?
