Hey Kathy, thanks for the comment. I take a Sunday yoga class at another locale, but I'm always up for checking out new classes. Let me know what you find out about the raw foods class at Cousins. I've never been to that restaurant but know that the only other resource I've found for raw food classes is Karyns in Lincoln Park. Come hang out over in the CSL Chicago group! Take care.
