I practice at The Yoga Exchange, with Kathleen Swinbourne. She is amazing. Portland Yoga is one of the bigger studios here, so I am sure you will have a great class.

It is beautiful here, if the weather cooperates. Where are you coming from? Staying overnight? Lots of good places to eat, are you looking for dinner or lunch?

Depending on schedules, maybe we could meet for a green juice?

I have looked at the Bee Yummy products but haven't tried, my skin is so sensitive I get nervous about buying things outright without either a sample or a personal recommendation. So do tell, what products do you use/like??

I am a oneluckyduck freak! My faves include the chewy almond crunch bars, the rosemary quackers, and for occasional treats the macaroons and the truffles. They also carry the magazine Get Fresh, from the UK, which I love. I have tried to get some of the raw ice cream, but they had stopped shipping b/c the demand was so high. They were working on increasing production, so I am looking forward to trying that.

I also get some of my ingredients from them, which have all been top quality.

What about you? What are your gems??
