Hello tamara,
I just read that you did your yoga training at yoga works,
I have practiced yoga regularly for 11 years now and enjoy many different styles. I also live in LA and have decided to train to become a teacher, as I am looking into the many options available. I wonder if you would be willing to share how you felt about the pros and cons about your training there.
