Please help! I am suffering from PF in both feet. I've been wearing Orthotics for about a year and have had anti-inflammatory injections and doing the streches that were perscribed but still no relief. I work in a restaurant so I am on my feet and walking around for hours at a time. If you have had this condition how and when did it get better? Did you use night splints? Acupuncture? Any recomendations would be appreciated! ~Andi
