About Me:: My name is Adam Monash and I am self employed. I have had a history of( IBD Chrones disease )all of my life. I have learned how to deal the condtion with out doctors and total commitment to my own healing. It has been a struggle at times but I'm a strong person. I am very intuitive therfore I know how to help myself. I only rely on my energy for my healing.Life is challenging and this makes it fun challenge to overcome. I have a supportive wife and son. When Hurrican katrina hit we became really worried about our water source here. My husbands dr. did not what him to drink the water or bath in the water. SO we had a honey of a time setting up a system where we have all aklaline water in the mission and are sooo careful. Anything that helps.. Sounds like you ahve been thru it with Chrones. I Have a cousin with chrones and he will not do anything but conventional diets and no alternative therapies.. I am trying so hard to get him to go on another diet.. but he is really facing a colostomy... I worry. How are you doing.. Thanks for the lovely not and have a happy weekend. Blessings. Callie

I think though that you are right in that the source of healing is knowing yourself, and finding peace with what you've been given. And you are correct in that every day is joyous, no matter what pain we are in. It is still a gift to be here. Yes, I would like more details about what supplements you take, as I have a family member who suffers from IBD.
