About Me:: Will be 40 in June. Yay, 40! Was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis 02/04; fatty liver disease 03/04; type 2 diabetes 02/08 (due to all of the steroids taken for MS). Have been in full-on denial about my diet and it effects on my diseases until the diabetes came to play. Have two awesome teenage daughters and one amazing husband.
I am happy, but concerned.

Anyway, I wondered if you were consuming a lot of diet coke type stuff around that time? The reason I ask is that Aspartame has been shown to generate MS-like symptoms. I have personally experienced this. I lost my eyesight in 92 in my right eye...was diagnosed with optic neuritis & possibly MS....and I was consuming a lot of diet coke at the time. I have since regained my eyesight.
