About Me:
I just watched the DVD and I loved it--I will be sharing it with my fiance soon! It was so relatable and I appreciate that it applies to everyone, from people with cancer to other chronic conditions to cancer of the mind. My "guru" is anxiety/depression, which I was diagnosed with when I was 18 (but had experienced for years before that). This site seems like a great way to find ideas/support for managing my mental (and physical and spiritual health).
