I want to take 2-30 minute periods for ME. So, now I am going to take a bath. Lock door, no phone......rest!!

I started by getting the Raw Detox Diet book by Natalia Rose and it gives you a really good overview of how to start with a quiz to see what level you're on and menu plans and recipes. The food combining is also a big part of the program and is easy to do. I got a second hand juicer from my parents -- I think it's called a Juiceman Jr. and I use it every morning. I also have a George Forman grill collecting dust -- I should sell or donate that thing now that I think of it -- i never really liked the food cooked on it. I much prefer the bbq. Anyway, I'd love to chat and exchange ideas. Yay! xo

I am just unhealthy, I have been overweight most of my life as an adult, when I loose weight it has been totally unhealthy with pill, smoking, fasting. I want to have energy, I want to be happy, I want to live life to the fullest......help, Please.
