About Me:: I'm a physical therapist. I recently relocated to the South from Chicago. I lost my mom to breast cancer in May of 2005. These last 3 years have been hell and I kind of let myself go. In May of this year I had my own health scare - I'm fine, but realize it is time to get healthy for life.

What to say

I hate being jealous and not feeling good enough. I blame my mom for not giving me the confidence to be a women but to learn to be a push over. I miss her so much but I look at my horrible habits and realize that I learned them all from her. My emotional eating. my poor self esteem All of it. I don't know how to change. I want to change. A Full Night's Sleep

lunch time blues

I have been focusing on making small changes exercise 6 days a week which I'm getting done stop eating ice cream at night - check switch from coffee to green tea - yum but I had cake today at lunch - yuck And now I feel blah I love baked goods and chocolate. Ice cream isn't hard to give up, but cookies and cake - my grandpa was a baker for crying out loud. But, truth be told his stuff was the best and I'm usually dissatisfied with anyting else.
